Cranio Sacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST uses a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams – about the weight of a nickel – practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.
How does CranioSacral Therapy Work?
Every day your body endures stresses and strains that it must work to compensate for. Unfortunately, these changes often cause body tissues to tighten and distort the craniosacral system.
Fortunately, such restrictions can be detected and corrected using simple methods of touch. With a light touch, the CST practitioner uses his or her hands to evaluate the craniosacral system by gently feeling various locations of the body to test for the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid pulsing around the brain and spinal cord.
Is there any condition for which CST shouldn’t be used?
There are certain situations where application of CST would not be recommended. Acute aneurysm, cerebral hemorrhage or other preexisting severe bleeding disorders are examples of conditions that could be affected by small intracranial pressure changes.

Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy
Maya Abdominal Massage- MAM is an external non-invasive massage that helps to reposition the uterus that may have dropped or become displaced due to accidents, falls, pregnancy, sexual abuse, constipation, running, wearing heels, carrying heavy loads or age. Women who have had a hysterectomy can benefit greatly too. Pain from scar tissue and adhesions formed after surgery can be eased, and emotional pain stored in the tissues can be released. Energetically women with hysterectomies still carry their feminine emergy and need to be nurtured and touched in this area as well.

Spiritual Healing
Spiritual Healing with plants is an ancient Mayan technique done to clear negative energies off of a person who may have too much fear, anger, jealousy, or if a person is being attacked by evil or jealous eyes or thought forms. Thus the aura of a person is cleaned off and refreshed as the healing properties of the plants and special prayers absorb the negative harmful energies.
Kirlian photography is a form of photography that takes pictures of a person’s aura detecting color variation. If any gray or blackish areas appear it would indicate disease or a possible problem occurring in that part of the body. It has been scientifically shown that when a virus affects a person’s body the aura is affected first before the physical form. Therefore, Maya Spiritual Healing which cleanses the energy field around the body is extremely beneficial for a person’s health.
Lindsey has studied with Dr Rosita Arvigo author of “Rainforest Remedies” (and five other books on healing with plants and water). Dr Arvigo is the first person in the world to have seven thousand acres of rainforest preserved to study the healing properties of plants in Belize. Reiki Healings
Reiki Usui Light is a spiritual practice developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui, which has since been adapted by various teachers of varying traditions. It uses a technique commonly called palm healing or hands on healing as a form of alternative medicine and is sometimes classified as oriental medicine by some professional medical bodies. Through the use of this technique, practitioners believe that they are transferring Universal Energy.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanic Healing is a practice that involves a client reaching altered states of consciousness which are encounter and interact with the spirit world. A shaman is a person regarded as having access to, and influence in the world of benevolent and malevolent spirits. The use of crystals, drumming and Reiki healing energy may be used. Journeying to the upper and lower worlds led by an experienced instructor can lead one to altered states of higher awareness.
