1) A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to the practitioner prior to the appointment. After 24 hour cancellation policy payment is required for appointment unless there is an emergency.
2) Workshops: Full payment is refunded 7 days before workshops. Cancellation 7 days before date of workshop refund is not returned.
